Mini Meal Prep Session: PB&J, Little Bites, Floor Beef, and Spaghetti Casserole

When you comply with me on Instagram or get my private electronic mail publication, you realize I used to be sick all final week with Flu A. Right now is my first day to be up and about at my regular tempo. I needed to do some meal prep for the week however didn’t really feel like I had the vitality to do a 2-3 hour session. So I did a mini one-hour prep session as a substitute and Jesse helped me!

I’ve been desirous to attempt making home made Little Bites. I discovered a recipe on-line and tweaked it some and was so proud of the way it turned out. And the little children are loving them. They name them child muffins.

Whereas I made the muffins and spaghetti casserole, Jesse made an enormous pile of PB&J for the freezer. He and Silas have been loving having these. We’ll see how lengthy this batch lasts. The final one solely lasted a couple of days!

Mini Meal Prep Session:
3 luggage of browned floor beef (I made three kilos of floor beef and divided it into 4 elements and used one a part of it for the spaghetti casserole. We’ll use the opposite luggage for meals this week. I’m planning on doing beef and veggies and rice one evening after which Silas will use the remainder for lunches.)
Spaghetti casserole — this can seemingly final us for 2 dinners because it’s a bag pan! We’ll serve it with inexperienced beans and home made rolls. (I blended the browned floor beef with pasta sauce after which layered that with spaghetti noodles and a mix of cottage cheese/eggs/mozz cheese.)
Little Bites — recipe coming later this week, hopefully!
14 Freezer PB&Js — Silas and Jesse love having these for snacks and fast lunches. They’re more healthy and far inexpensive than uncrustables!
